Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

This Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses SPEEDER.AI ("Speeder"), and especially to the cold-outreach email Speeder sends on your behalf. Violating it may result in throttling, suspension, or termination.

1. Outreach is to sell your listed domains

Speeder's outreach exists to introduce the domains you have listed to companies that may want them. You may use it only for that purpose. You may not use Speeder to send bulk email unrelated to selling your listed domains, or to build a general-purpose mailing tool.

2. You are the sender; you are responsible

Although Speeder operates the sending infrastructure, the outreach is sent on your behalf and for your benefit. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to contact each recipient and that your outreach complies with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), and the GDPR and ePrivacy rules (EU/UK).

3. How Speeder helps you comply

Every message Speeder sends on your behalf includes a working one-click unsubscribe and a valid physical postal address, identifies the message as commercial, and uses honest header and subject information. Speeder honors unsubscribes across all of your sequences and maintains a suppression list so opted-out recipients are not contacted again. Outreach is rate-limited to protect deliverability.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not use Speeder to:

• Use false, deceptive, or misleading sender names, headers, reply-to addresses, or subject lines.
• Email recipients who have unsubscribed or whom you have no lawful basis to contact, or import or target purchased, scraped-without-basis, or consumer email lists.
• Send unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, malicious, or infringing content, or attempt to deliver malware or phishing.
• Disable, bypass, or strip the unsubscribe link or postal address, or otherwise defeat the compliance features above.
• Circumvent sending caps, credit limits, rate limits, or suppression lists, or attempt to overload or interfere with the Service.
• Market domains you do not own or have no right to sell, or domains whose marketing infringes a third party's trademark or other rights.

5. Enforcement

We may pause, throttle, or stop outreach, and suspend or terminate accounts, where we reasonably believe this Policy or the law is being violated or where deliverability or recipients are at risk. We may also act on complaints from recipients or mailbox providers.
