Free renewal audit

Which of your domains are worth another year?

Every domain in your portfolio costs the same to keep whether it sells or not. Paste what you own and see the real annual bill, which names are carrying their weight, and how much you are spending on names that will not.

How it works

  1. 1

    Paste the domains you own

One per line, up to 100. A registrar export pasted straight in works fine.

  2. 2

    We price every renewal

Live registrar data per extension, so the annual number is the real one rather than the headline first-year price.

  3. 3

    We appraise every name

A resale range per domain, with names the appraiser will not confidently value marked as not judged instead of guessed.

  4. 4

You see what is worth keeping

Keep, sell now, or let it go, plus the total you are spending each year and how much of it is dead weight.

The renewal bill nobody plans for

Most investors decide what to renew by feel, in a hurry, the week the invoice lands. The names that will never sell cost exactly as much to hold as the ones that will, and a portfolio built over a few years can quietly carry hundreds of dollars a year of names nobody was ever going to buy.

The trap is the newer extensions. A name registered for pocket change on a promotional first year renews at ten or twenty times that, every year, forever. Registration price is a one-off. Renewal price is the one that compounds, and it is the only one this audit uses.

When a name comes back as worth selling rather than dropping, that is the interesting case: it has real value and it is paying rent to sit still. Speeder lists a domain for $1 a month and puts AI agents to work finding companies with a concrete reason to want it. We take no commission and never touch the money between you and the buyer.

Questions

How do you decide a domain is not worth renewing?

We compare what the name could realistically resell for against what it costs to keep for one more year. Under two years of renewals, it is not paying for itself and we say let it go. Between two and ten years of renewals, it is worth real money but the rent is eating it, so sell now. Above that, the renewal is noise and it is worth holding.

Where do the renewal prices come from?

Live registrar pricing, not a guess. That matters more than it sounds: registration and renewal prices diverge wildly on the newer extensions. A .store costs about $2.57 to register and about $43.77 a year to renew, so a portfolio that looked cheap to build arrives as a large annual bill.

Is the appraisal any good?

It is an AI valuation of resale potential, shown as a range rather than a single fake-precise number, and it refuses to value names it is not confident about. Those come back as not judged rather than being quietly guessed at. Treat it as a calibrated starting point, not a promise: a domain's real price is set by one motivated buyer.

Does this tell me whether anyone wants to buy them?

No, and it does not pretend to. This tool does renewal arithmetic. Whether real companies have a concrete reason to want a specific name is a different question, and our Demand Check answers that one by finding and verifying the companies themselves.

What happens to the domains you say I should sell?

Nothing automatically. If you want to act on it, Speeder lists a domain for $1 a month and the AI agents go and find matched buyers for it. We take 0% commission and never handle the money between you and the buyer.

Do you keep my portfolio?

We store the count and the totals so we can send you the audit, not a copy of your holdings. You get one email with the results and a link into your account, and that is the only email we send about it.
