Whether a domain sells depends on many factors outside our control, including its quality, your asking price, market demand, and your own negotiation. Nothing here is a promise of a sale, a buyer, or any particular price.

Demand Signals and Buyer Matches Are Estimates

Speeder surfaces companies it believes may want your domains, along with demand and fit signals, by analyzing public data with AI. These matches and signals are estimates and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. They are provided for informational purposes and are not market research, an appraisal or valuation of any domain, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own pricing and selling decisions.

AI-Generated Content

Outreach emails, listing copy, and other text produced by Speeder are generated by artificial-intelligence systems. While we strive for quality, AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that does not match your intent. You are responsible for reviewing outreach and listing content. In accordance with AI-transparency rules (including Article 50 of the EU AI Act), be aware you are interacting with AI when using Speeder, and you are responsible for any disclosure your jurisdiction requires when you publish or send AI-assisted content.

Nothing provided by Speeder is legal, financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional for specialized matters, including the tax treatment of any domain sale.

Your Domains, Trademarks, and Ownership

You are solely responsible for the domains you list. You represent that you own or have the right to sell them, and that listing and marketing them does not infringe anyone's trademark or other rights. Speeder does not verify ownership, clear trademarks, or assess cybersquatting risk, and is not responsible for any dispute arising from the domains you list or how they are marketed.

Outreach You Send

When you enable outreach, Speeder sends cold commercial email on your behalf. You are responsible for the legitimacy of marketing your domains to the recipients, and for compliance with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and the GDPR/ePrivacy rules. Every message includes a working unsubscribe and our physical postal address, but you remain responsible for using the feature lawfully.

Speeder Is Not a Party to Your Sale

Speeder connects you with a potential buyer and then steps out. It is not a broker, escrow agent, or party to any domain sale; it never holds, transfers, or processes the money; and it takes no commission on a sale. You and the buyer transact directly, using a transfer or escrow service of your choosing. We are not responsible for the transaction, its terms, the transfer, payment, or any dispute between you and a buyer.

Third-Party Services

Speeder relies on third-party providers (for email delivery, payments, AI, search, and hosting) and may interact with services you connect. We are not responsible for the acts, outages, suspensions, or policy changes of those providers, or for consequences of interactions with services you authorize.

Uptime and Availability

We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service. Maintenance, technical issues, or force-majeure events may affect availability, and we are not liable for losses resulting from interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reflective Investments L.L.C-FZ, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of SPEEDER.AI, including loss of profits, lost sales, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reflective Investments L.L.C-FZ from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your domains and listings, the outreach sent on your behalf, any transaction or dispute with a buyer, or your violation of any applicable law.
